SEQ-flow has been developed by Kieran Walsh with support from the UNSW Research Technology team. 

The project was funded as a UNSW Research Infrastructure initiative and directed by A/Prof. Irina Voineagu.

This work involved some collaboration with the Australian Biocomons Bioinformatics Workflows  group and has similar objectives to their Bring Your Own Data platform.
